Annual dues for the Actors Colony Estates Association are vital for maintaining our shared roads, ensuring the safety of our neigborhood, and preserving the unique heritage of our community. How do I access the lake?
Our Private beach is located at the end of Beebe Farms Road.
When are seasonal dues collected?
Dues are based mostly on the mill rate, so dues will be available around the same time as the town taxes are realeased.
Are guests allowed at the beach?
Yes, residents are welcome to bring guests. We ask that you limit the number of visitors during peak weekends to ensure space for everyone.
